Ancient MedicineThere is evidence that people figured out how to clean out their colons when they needed help.  Originally they used reeds that grew by the side of the river.  Today, we use sterile and disposable equipment to make things safer and more comfortable.


Maintenance- The ideal protocol to keep your body disease free is to have monthly colonics.  It is our experience that clients who do monthly maintenance tend not to catch colds, flu, experience seasonal allergies or feel unwell.  A clear elimination system ensures that your body can use energy more productively.


The Sleep Connection- When we sleep, our brain communicates with our organs.  After we have finished digestion for the evening, our neurological system tells our organs it is time to purge toxins.  This is nightly maintenance for the body.  If you eat late, you start detox late (if at all) during the night.  If you don’t get enough sleep, your body doesn’t have time to detox. So your body stores the toxins for next time.  If you tend not to get a solid eight hours a night, these toxins build up over time, causing your organs toxic overload.  We believe this is what creates disease.


So finish eating four hours before bedtime, and watch your general health improve as you sleep more soundly and purge the detritus of our toxic society from your body.

From my experience with cancer patients, I have developed a special understanding of the need to work with my clients in a team relationship, with options – not opinions, as we create together a wellness strategy. As an ally in your healing journey, I ask questions and I listen intently to your answers. Coaching Style – We use a Goals-based approach. We set short-term goals to be achieved and work slowly through them until they add up to your ultimate goal.  We do real-time coaching – available by text throughout the day, to encourage you and help you slow down compulsive decisions.


Counseling Skills – The best nutrition coaches are also excellent counselors. Food and eating healthily can be a tricky subject. It’s often very personal, and can be connected to other issues such as self-image, depression, eating disorders, and addiction.  We have been successfully working with clients for more than twenty years.


Philosophy – We are open-minded when it comes to nutrition. We keep up with current trends and research and work with you toward your goals.
